Vasu Jakkal has joined Kevin Mandia’s Armadin as Chief Strategy and Business Officer (CSBO). Most recently, Jakkal served as corporate VP of security at Microsoft. Previously, she was executive VP and CMO at FireEye.

Ivanti has announced the appointment of Robert Ruelas as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the promotion of Sterling Parker to Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Ruelas previously held leadership roles at Omnissa, VMware, BEA Systems, Tivoli, and IBM. Parker has been with Ivanti since 2011.

Acronis has appointed Prakash Panjwani as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). A board member at WatchGuard and Starfire Sports and an advisory board member at Axcient, Panjwani previously served as CEO at WatchGuard and as president and CEO at SafeNet.

Randy Resnick has joined IGEL as Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Government and Critical Industries. Most recently, Resnick was a senior advisor and director of the US Department of Defense’s (DoD) Zero Trust Portfolio Management Office. Previously, he held various technical leadership roles at the National Security Agency (NSA).

Darktrace has named Adam Towns as Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO), Mike McGuinness as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Beth Shea as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Previously, Towns served as CFO at Dataiku and Sisense; McGuinness, who was an advisor at Darktrace, served as CCO at Quickbase; and Shea was CCO at Snyk and Puppet.

Acronis has announced the appointment of Gerald Caron as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Caron previously served as Program Management Director at SAIC, VP of cybersecurity at RIVA Solutions, and held CIO roles at the US Departments of Commerce and Health and Human Services.

Sean Croston has joined Pega as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Previously, Croston served as CISO at USAA, Truist, BNP Paribas/Bank of the West, and Santander US, as well as in leadership positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, State Street, and JPMorgan Chase.

ThinkLabs AI has appointed Robert M. Lee, the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Dragos, as a Member of the Board. Lee has served as Vice Chair of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Grid Resilience for National Security Subcommittee and as a US Air Force Cyber Warfare Operations Officer.

Adam Zolle has joined Nike as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He joined Nike from CrowdStrike, where he served as CISO. He has held other CISO roles at large healthcare organizations including Providence and GE Healthcare. Zolle is a US Army veteran and worked at the US Department of Homeland Security in various information security roles earlier in his career.

Jeff Hackett has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at internet intelligence provider Censys. Most recently, Hackett served as SVP of strategic finance at Armis (acquired by ServiceNow for $7.75 billion). Previously, he served in various finance positions at ServiceNow, NXP Semiconductors, and Symantec.

Accenture Federal Services has named Nathaniel Parker as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). A US Marine Corps veteran, Parker previously served as CISO at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and held various positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and BAE Systems.

Rapid7 has named Rik Ferguson as Vice President (VP) of Security Intelligence. An advisory board member for IAPP and Vaultree, a venture partner at Sparkmind Capital, and a Europol special advisor, Ferguson previously served as VP of Security Intelligence at Forescout and VP of Security Research at Trend Micro.

Cytactic has appointed Tim Brown as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Brown previously served as General Partner and CISO in Residence at Team8, CISO at SolarWinds, CPO at NopSec, and in various leadership positions at ITSP Magazine, Dell, CSID, and Symantec.

Scott Simkin has joined Vega as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Previously, Simkin served as VP of marketing at Palo Alto Networks, VP of product marketing at CrowdStrike, and led marketing at Zscaler and Cisco.
