Data loss and insider threat protection firm Code42 has named Dennis Dayman as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Dayman will be responsible for leading global risk and compliance, security operations, incident response, and external and internal threat management and investigations. He also serves on the DHS’s Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee as chair of the Policy Subcommittee. Dayman previously held security leadership roles at Proofpoint, Maropost, Return Path, and Eloqua.
Cyber risk management solutions provider Inversion6 has appointed Tom Siu as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Siu joins Inversion6’s CISO practice and he will work directly with clients to develop and manage their cybersecurity programs. Siu previously served as CISO at the Michigan State and Case Western Reserve universities, and was a virtual CISO at a managed security services provider.
