Dali Rajic is joining OpenAI as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wiz (acquired by Google). Prior to Wiz, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Zscaler and as Chief Customer and Revenue Officer at AppDynamics.
AI-native identity platform C1 has appointed Jeff St. Clair as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Most recently, St. Clair served as CRO at Halcyon and Automox. Previously, he led worldwide sales at Evident.io (acquired by Palo Alto Networks).
John Opala has joined Ralph Lauren as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). An Advisory Board Member at CarolinaCISO and a global ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible AI, Opala previously served as VP of IT and Global CISO at Hanesbrands and McCormick & Company.
James Wilkinson has been named Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the City of Dallas. A US Army Cyber Command veteran, Wilkinson previously served as CEO at Ethan Solutions Inc. and in various cybersecurity leadership positions at MUFG, Lockheed Martin, and Wells Fargo.
PNC Financial Services Group has appointed Christian Winward as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Winward recently served as CIO at FirstBank, which was acquired by PNC in January 2026. He spent more than 30 years at FirstBank, beginning as a teller and advancing into leadership roles in technology and project management.
Quantum technology company EigenQ has announced the appointment of Mark Pecen as Vice Chairman and the promotion of Alexander Truskovsky to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Pecen, who has served as EigenQ’s Board member and strategic advisor, co-founded the Quantum-Safe Cryptography Working Group at the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Truskovsky, who has been EigenQ’s VP of cryptography, previously held leadership positions at AWS, Nokia, and ISARA Corporation.
Alex Levinson has been appointed Executive Director at the National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition. A consultant and strategic advisor, Levinson previously was head of security at Scale AI and led security engineering and counterintelligence at Uber.
Hack The Box (HTB) has announced the appointment of Konstantinos Dolkas as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the promotion of Christine Bartlett to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Previously, Dolkas served as CTO at OWNR Deutschland GmbH, while Bartlett, HTB’s VP of marketing since 2025, served as CMO at SonicWall and in marketing leadership positions at Cisco.
The U.S. Department of Energy has appointed Andrew McClure as Director of the Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER). As Director, McClure will oversee efforts to harden critical infrastructure, strengthen preparedness and emergency response capabilities, and build partnerships across federal, state, local, and private-sector stakeholders.
Nozomi Networks has appointed co-founder Andrea Carcano as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), resuming the role he held when the company launched. Carcano, who served as Nozomi’s CPO for the past decade, resumes the CEO role from Edgard Capdevielle, who transitions to executive advisor. Nozomi Networks was acquired by Mitsubishi Electric for $1 billion.
Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT), a provider of data monetization, credentialing, digital engagement, and real-world asset tokenization technologies, has appointed Barry Childe as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Childe previously served as a Distinguished Engineer at HSBC and held senior technology roles at Barclays Capital, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and VMware. He also co-founded quantum-encryption company Arqit.
