Mark Carter has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Socure. Previously, he served as CISO at Navan and Tesla, as CISO and CIO at Vimeo, and in various leadership positions at Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, PayPal, VMware, and Gemalto.

Spektrum Labs announced the appointment of Mark Cravotta as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Cravotta joins Spektrum Labs from CoreView, where he served as CRO. Previously, he was CRO at Keeper Security and Crypsis Digital Security.

Philip Martin has joined Uber as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He joins the ride-hailing firm from Coinbase, where he served as Chief Security Officer since April 2016.

Fable Security has appointed Jacob Berry as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Previously, Berry served as CISO & Technical GTM leader at Jit, led information cybersecurity at Clumio, and held various positions at Cybereason and Secureworks.

iCOUNTER has announced the appointment of Ali Waezzadah as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Most recently, Waezzadah served as CISO at Frontier Communications. Previously, he built security programs at Frontier, Kroll, CBS, and Paramount.

Roger Hale has joined 1Kosmos as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Previously, Hale served as Vice President and CISO at Informatica, held senior security leadership positions at Agora, BigID, and Veritas/Symantec, and was CISO-in-Residence and Venture Advisor at YL Ventures.

Semperis has appointed Jimmy McNary as Deputy Federal Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Semperis Federal. McNary previously served as Vice President of Federal Solutions at Semperis. Before joining Semperis, he held leadership positions at ArcSight, Endgame, Securonix, Raytheon, SAIC, and Northrop Grumman.

Week of June 15, 2026

SolarWinds has announced the appointment of Justin Henkel as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). A US Air Force veteran, Henkel most recently served as Head of the CISO Center of Excellence and then Deputy CISO at OneTrust. Previously, he held cybersecurity leadership positions at CME Group and iSIGHT Partners.

Cinchy has appointed J. Paul Haynes as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Haynes joins Cinchy from eSentire, where he served as CEO, president and COO, and, most recently, as advisor. He is also a board member of NopSec, TechNation, and the University of Guelph.

Hatem Naguib has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sysdig. Most recently, Naguib served as CEO at Barracuda. Previously, he held leadership positions at Barracuda, VMware, and Sun Microsystems.

KnowBe4 has appointed Alex Callihan as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Callihan has extensive experience as a software engineer, previously serving as SVP of Engineering at KnowBe4.

Jonathan Trull has been appointed Global Head of Cyber Defense at Oracle. Trull joins Oracle from Qualys, where he led product and corporate security. Previously, he served in leadership security positions at Microsoft, Optiv, Qualys, and the State of Colorado, and was an intelligence officer within the US Navy Reserve.

Plaid has appointed Sean Cassidy as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Previously, Cassidy served as Head of Security at Asana, Head of Information Security at Patreon, and as CTO at DefenseStorm.

Ann Barron-DiCamillo has been named Executive Vice President (EVP) and Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at U.S. Bank. Barron-DiCamillo joins U.S. Bank from Citi, where she served as managing director for the bank’s tech optimization and cyber operations initiatives.

Axonius has announced the appointment of Moshe Ben Simon as Chief Product Officer (CPO). An Israeli Air Force (IAF) veteran, Ben Simon previously served as vice president of product management at Fortinet and as CEO at TrapX Security (which he co-founded in 2012 and was acquired by Commvault in 2022).

Week of June 8, 2026

Stephen Garcia has been named Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BreachRx. Previously, Garcia served in leadership positions at Western Union, BNP Paribas, Broadridge Financial, Johnson Controls, ConsenSys, FanDuel, and Napster.
