The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has named Andy Ritter as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Jim Sipe as executive deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO). With over three decades of experience, Ritter has been with the Pennsylvania state for nine years, most recently serving as deputy CISO. Sipe, who served as CISO starting November 2023, was moved to executive deputy CIO in October 2025.

Microsoft has announced that Hayete Gallot has been named Executive Vice President (VP) of Security. Gallot, who held various leadership positions at Microsoft for 15 years, rejoins the company after serving as President, Customer Experience for Google Cloud. Additionally, Microsoft has named Ales Holecek as Chief Architect for Security.

Agentic security operations firm Torq has announced the appointment of John White as its Field Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With over two decades of experience, White has served as CISO for Virgin Atlantic, and previously held various security leadership positions at ASOS, Liberty Global, AEG Europe, and KPMG.

Unified identity security provider One Identity has appointed Gihan Munasinghe as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its engineering organization and technology strategy. Munasinghe has over 15 years of experience, previously serving in senior leadership positions within enterprise software firms.

Threat intelligence firm Intel 471 has announced the appointment of Michael DeBolt as President. A Marine corps veteran, DeBolt will continue to serve as the company’s Chief Intelligence Officer (CINO). He has over two decades of experience, previously serving as the US representative and head of cybercrime intelligence at INTERPOL, and special agent at NCIS.
