Frank Verdecanna has joined Armadin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Most recently, Verdecanna was a strategic financial advisor at Ballistic Ventures. Previously, he served as EVP and CFO at Mandiant, which was founded by Armadin CEO Kevin Mandia, and as VP and CFO at iPass and Impact Hire.

Keeper Security has announced the appointment of Jessica Krowel and Bill Grabner as Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) of its North America private and public sector sales divisions. Krowel previously served as VP of global sales at Delinea and global VP of inside sales at CyberArk. Grabner was SVP and general manager at JMA Wireless and held leadership positions at Ribbon Communications, Cisco, and BroadSoft.

Skyhigh Security has named Anthony Palladino as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). A managing partner at Addvia Ventures, Palladino is an advisor and investor in Horizon3.ai and OneShot.ai, and an advisor to Team8’s CEO. Previously, he served as CRO at mabl and Aisera and was an advisor at JRC Inc., 1touch.io, Aisera, CB4, Kong Inc., and Micro Strategies Inc., and helped scale Splunk.

Prevalent AI has announced the appointment of Nitin Maini as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Most recently, Maini served as SVP of engineering at Qualys. Previously, he was CTO at Sapience Analytics and held senior engineering positions at Vuclip and BMC Software.

Ronnie Manning has joined FIDO Alliance as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Most recently, Manning served in leadership marketing and communications positions at Yubico.

Tom Bonos has been named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Sumo Logic. Recently, Bonos served as COO and CRO at Applause. Previously, he held senior global sales positions at ServiceSource, Oracle, and SAP.

Axonius has announced the appointment of Chris Jones as Chief Trust & Security Officer (CTSO) and Dan Schoenbaum as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development. Previously, Jones was deputy CISO at Cisco, led CLEAR’s security efforts, and founded Nike’s global cybersecurity incident response team. Before joining Axonius, Schoenbaum served as CMO at Hive Pro and held leadership positions at Team Cymru, RiskIQ, Redbooth, and Cooladata.

Optiv has appointed Sean Forkan as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Previously, Forkan served in various sales leadership roles at Black Duck Software, VMware/Broadcom, Cisco, Oracle, Symantec/Veritas, and EY.

Sectigo has announced the appointment of Ian Hassard as Chief Product Officer (CPO). Hassard previously led product management at Okta, Auth0, and Arctic Wolf Networks, and co-founded RootSecure (acquired by Arctic Wolf).

Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) has appointed Hanlie Botha as its first Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Botha previously served as CISO at Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) and held leading cybersecurity roles at Woolworths Group and Ausgrid.
