Application security firm Checkmarx has appointed Jonathan Rende as its Chief Product Officer (CPO), effective immediately. Prior to Checkmarx, Rende served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Products at PagerDuty. He also lead product development teams at Mercury Software, which was acquired by HP Software for $4.5 billion.

Yuval Fessler has been appointed the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) of OT and IoT security firm Claroty. Prior to Claroty, Fessler served as Chief Legal & Business Officer at Tufin, and Chief Legal & Business Officer and Corp Dev Lead at OpenWeb.

Data security posture management firm Symmetry Systems has appointed Anand Singh as Chief Security and Strategy Officer. Singh previously served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Alkami Technologies, Caliber Home Loans, and OptumInsight (UnitedHealth Group).
