Odaseva Raises $54 Million for Salesforce Enterprise Data Security Platform

Enterprise data security platform Odaseva raises $54 million in a Series C funding round led by Silver Lake Waterman.

Salesforce enterprise data security platform Odaseva has raised $54 million in Series C funding, bringing the total raised by the company to over $90 million.

The new investment round was led by Silver Lake Waterman, with additional support from Crescent Cove, Eurazeo, and previous investors Eight Roads, F-Prime, and Serena Capital.

Founded in 2012, the San Francisco-based company provides enterprises running on Salesforce with security solutions that simplify data protection, automate data processes, and help meet compliance requirements and improve performance.

Odaseva enables Salesforce end-to-end encryption, offers Salesforce Recovery Point and Time Objective (RPO/RTO), and optimizes Salesforce availability.

The company claims to secure more than 100 million users globally for its customers, which include Global Fortune 500 companies.

Odaseva will invest the new funds in product development, including data security and zero trust offerings, and in expanding its global presence, including additional resources for North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The company is also looking to expand its executive team.
