Defense contractor Nightwing has appointed Tricia Fitzmaurice as Chief Growth Officer. With an extensive experience in US government and national security programs, Fitzmaurice will lead the intelligence solutions company’s product and services expansion efforts, to drive growth across new and existing business models.
Zero trust access and protection firm Xage Security has appointed Russell McGuire as Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Ashraf Daqqa as Vice President of the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) Region. McGuire will supervise global sales, customer acquisition, and market expansion, while Daqqa will be responsible for growing market awareness and presence in the META region.
MDR provider Expel has announced that Mandiant founder and cybersecurity veteran Kevin Mandia has joined its board of directors. Mandia’s appointment reunites him with Expel founder and CEO Dave Merkel, who was an early employee at Mandiant, where the two pioneered the company’s managed defense offering. Mandia has also become chair of the board of directors of SpecterOps.
Adam Geller has joined Zscaler as Chief Product Officer. He most recently served as CEO of Exabeam, and previously held senior leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, Symantec, and Verisign.
AMTSO, the cybersecurity industry’s testing standard community, has announced the appointment of Vlad Iliushin as its new President and CEO. Iliushin succeeds Dennis Batchelder, who is stepping down after eight years at the organization’s helm. liushin, founder and CEO of Ellio Technology, has been a member of AMTSO’s board since July 2022.
