Tabitha Craig has been named the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Craig previously held leadership roles at the Department of Defense and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Location sharing and safety app developer Life360 has appointed Vari Bindra as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Bindra previously worked at Amazon, where he led all aspects of security, risk, and privacy for Amazon Retail Stores. He also held roles in the past at Blackhawk Network, Fisher Investments, and Intuit.
Forcepoint has appointed Guy Shamilov as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and Bakshi Kohli as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Global Engineering. Naveen Palavalli, who joined the company last year, will expand his role to Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Prior to Forcepoint, Shamilov served as CISO at Varonis, Tata Consultancy Services and Traiana. Kohli previously held leadership roles at Zscaler and Infoblox.
Cyber readiness and response solutions provider Sygnia has announced the appointment of Avi Golan as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Golan previously held key roles at Google, Intuit, SoftBank Vision Fund, Air New Zealand and Oosto. Golan replaces Ram Elboim, who served as the CEO of Sygnia for nearly four years and who stepped down recently to dedicate more time to his health and family.
