The Cyber Readiness Institute (CRI), an initiative whose goal is to share resources and knowledge for the development of free cybersecurity tools for small and medium-sized businesses, has appointed Sasha Pailet Koff as its new Managing Director. Koff previously held senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies and Johnson & Johnson.

Security data analytics company Devo Technology announced that Ken Naumann has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Walter Scott, who served as the interim CEO, will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Naumann previously served as CEO of NetWitness.

Mobile endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions provider iVerify announced that Mike Rosen has joined the company as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Rosen most recently served as CISO at ZwillGen, and previously held security leadership roles at Apple, Verizon and PwC. At Apple, he led the company’s Security Incident Response Team (SIRT).

Identity security firm 1Password has appointed Greg Henry as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Henry replaces Jeannie De Guzman, who has now been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Henry previously served as CFO of Couchbase, Senior Vice President of Finance at ServiceNow, and CFO of GE Healthcare IT.
