IT security solutions provider G DATA today announced the release of SECURE CHAT for Android, a multiple-encrypted SMS and chat communication application for users looking to keep their text-based communications private.

According to G DATA, the application was designed to protect the privacy of users against data leaks and cyber eavesdropping, and can also be used to share files securely through the use of the Axolotl protocol.

Available as a free download from Google Play, SECURE CHAT helps secure all file exchanges, including photos, videos and other media,.
