The United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) has appointed Ms. Morgan M. Adamski as its new Executive Director. Adamski will assume the role in early June 2024, being tasked with leading strategic initiatives to advance USCYBERCOM’s capabilities, talent management and partnerships. She previously held leadership roles at the NSA and helped author the 2018 DoD Cyber Strategy and inaugural Cyber Posture Review.

Passwordless authentication firm Hawcx has named Lakshmi Sharma as Chief Product Officer (CPO). She was previously CPO at Fastly and has held leadership roles at Google, Cisco, and Target.

Autonomous security solutions provider Horizon3.ai has named Matt Hartley as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to help drive the company’s global expansion. Prior to joining Horizon3.ai, Hartley served as CRO at HYPR and at iboss.

Trustwave announced the appointment of Keith Ibarguen as Senior Vice President of Engineering, tasking him with leading the company’s engineering product development and SpiderLabs security research. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Product Officer at Cofense. Before Cofense, Ibarguen was Chief Engineer at MITRE Corporation for over two decades.

Lital Asher-Dotan has been hired as Chief Marketing Officer at Beyond Identity. She joins the company from Dig Security, where she served as CMO, and previously held the same role at Hunters and Tamr.

Tidal Cyber has appointed Jennifer Leggio as its Chief Operating Officer. Leggio, who is also a SecurityWeek contributor, previously held leadership roles at Fortinet, Sourcefire, Cisco, Flashpoint, Claroty, and other companies.

Google spinoff SandboxAQ has hired Chris Bates as its first CISO. Bates comes to SandboxAQ after seven years at SentinelOne, where he recently served as Chief Trust and Security Officer.

HackerOne CEO Marten Mickos announced that he will be retiring from the company after nine years. He will remain CEO until a new one is identified, help during the leadership transition, and remain on the company’s board.

Lou Serlenga has joined Bitsight as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), following leadership roles at Tenable, Nile and 10+ years at HPE.

Bitsight announced that Rob Dinning has been appointed Chief Legal Officer. Based in London, he has served in leadership roles at EY, Barclays and Shearman & Sterling amongst others.
