System Two Security Emerges From Stealth With Detection Engineering Solution

System Two Security has emerged from stealth mode with a threat detection engineering solution and $7 million in seed funding.

System Two Security this week emerged from stealth mode with a threat detection engineering solution and $7 million in seed funding.

Founded by Robert Fly (CEO) and Prasanth Ganesan (CTO), System Two Security provides a solution that leverages gen-AI to make it easier for security teams to create detection rules for their enterprise.

The company aims to replace manual processes with an ongoing, adaptive and automatic process.

System Two Security says it uses purpose-built AI agents, which are more efficient and provide better results compared to using widely available gen-AI tools such as ChatGPT.

The solution can be used to create new detections for existing tools and makes it easier for organizations to transition rules to other systems.

Customers do not need to provide System Two with access to their existing security products. Integrations will be created in the future, but at the moment the company says customers can gain value without needing SIEM integration.

The $7 million seed funding round was led by Costanoa Ventures, with participation from Runtime Ventures, The Hive, Webb Investment Network, and several angel investors.

Organizations interested in testing System Two Security’s solution can request early access.

“The bad guys have new weapons–and the good guys need to use them to keep up. System Two gives our customers the tools to outpace and ward off attacks using GenAI by harnessing the same tech for its benefits – speed, accuracy and adaptive learning,” said Fly.
