Symplified Launches Identity as a Service Platform for Service Providers

Boulder, Colorado-based identity and access management firm Symplified, on Wednesday announced “Symplified Structure”, a platform that enables telcos, cloud service providers, cloud application brokers, and cloud application hosting companies to integrate identity and access management (IAM) into their cloud services offerings.

Symplified Structure utilizes Symplified’s core platform that unifies identity management, access control, auditing, and user provisioning across existing public/private cloud services and SaaS marketplaces and can be deployed into any service provider datacenter and private-label branded.

The offering also allows service providers to deliver the convenience of secure single-sign on (SSO) from any device to support the increased use of personal mobile devices (BYOD) within enterprises.

It can also be delivered via the Symplified Trust Cloud which integrates Symplified technology with Amazon Web Services.

The company explained that Symplified Structure uses a gateway architecture that allows service providers to easily incorporate cloud IAM into their product portfolios the need to re-code applications.
