Skydera, a provider of cross-cloud IT automation solutions, today launched Skydera C3 Developer Edition, a solution that brings developers enterprise-grade security to public cloud and hybrid cloud environments, and true developer self-service.

The solution provides cloud developer with fine-grained user controls and multi-role credential management, and delivers automatic VPN set up for large cloud enterprises. It supports template re-use from incumbent vendors, as well as support for popular developer community tools (Puppet, Chef) and emerging private cloud standards, e.g. OpenStack and Eucalyptus.

Skydera C3 Developer Edition subscriptions are $395 per month per seat for enterprise developers and cloud IT administrators. The company offers a free trial of Skydera C3 for up to 4 servers under management for Developer Edition customers.
