eIQnetworks, a provider of security, risk and compliance solutions, has launched a new subscription-based offering designed to help smaller organizations quickly and cost effectively deploy a SIEM and log management solution.

Starting at $500 per month, eIQnetworks’ subscription-based offering of its SecureVue solution gives customers an easy-to-install and cost effective set of information security tools.

SecureVue combines SIEM, Log Management, Network Behavior Analysis (NBA), compliance automation and contextual forensics analysis through a single console, and delivers real-time visibility, security intelligence, and proactive threat detection capabilities by cross-correlating security, risk and compliance data, the company said.

Due to the costs associated with purchasing and deployment SIEM solutions, most small enterprise to middle market (SME) companies have shied away from deploying SIEM solutions.

“With tight budgets, CISOs and IT managers are being asked to do more with less to secure their IT environments while complying with plethora of regulations. Security and compliance managers at many organizations unfortunately have difficulty in obtaining capital budgets necessary to acquire and implement SIEM products,” said Vijay Basani, president and CEO at eIQnetworks.

eIQnetworks subscription offering includes:

• Monthly subscription offering for as low as $500 per month

• Subscription includes support, maintenance and 2 hour installation assistance

• Flexible packaging (either software only or software/hardware subscription)

• Node based pricing vs. volume based pricing that assures fixed price even as an organization’s data grows

“With this announcement, we are simplifying the SIEM acquisition process from being a CapEx to an OpEx decision, thus making it affordable for organization of all sizes to procure and deploy SecureVue in order to gain visibility into their security and compliance posture,” Basani added .
