11:11 Systems acquires Green Cloud Defense

Managed infrastructure solutions provider 11:11 Systems acquired Green Cloud Defense, a cloud infrastructure-as-a-service provider that specializes in managed cloud security solutions. The deal will help 11:11 Systems expand its capabilities and grow its customer base.

Amber Group acquires NightVizion

Jamaica-based Amber Group announced the acquisition of NightVizion, a US-based application security firm owned by the Vizius Group. NightVizion will be renamed Amber CyberEye following the acquisition. The goal of the acquisition is to expand the Amber Group’s cybersecurity offering.

Chainalysis acquires Excygent

Blockchain data platform Chainalysis acquired Excygent, a professional services firm that assists organizations in the public and private sectors with cybercrime investigations. Chainalysis said the acquisition of Excygent will enable it to expand its offering to government agencies.

Coalition acquires Attune Insurance

Cyber insurance company Coalition acquired Attune Insurance, a managing general agent (MGA) and technology-powered broker platform for commercial insurance. Coalition said the combined entity will be the world’s largest commercial insurtech provider, with over 130,000 customers.

Deloitte acquires Sliced Tech

Professional services giant Deloitte acquired Sliced Tech, an Australia-based company that provides high-security cloud managed services. Deloitte said the deal will enable it to expand its reach. Deloitte praised Sliced Tech for its ability to address the security and data privacy requirements of public sector organizations that use cloud services.

MasterPeace Solutions acquires Full Suite Solutions

MasterPeace Solutions, a U.S. government contractor that specializes in cybersecurity and intelligence, acquired Full Suite Solutions (FSS), which provides software and services to intelligence agencies. The deal will enable MasterPeace Solutions to expand.

One Identity acquires OneLogin

Identity security provider One Identity acquired identity access management (IAM) firm OneLogin. The deal will enable One Identity to expand its Unified Identity Security Platform. The combined entity will serve more than 10,000 customers worldwide.

SystemLabs acquires RedCoin

IT company SystemLabs acquired cybersecurity firm RedCoin. Both companies are based in New Jersey. SystemLabs said the acquisition will help it expand its cybersecurity capabilities and products.

WidePoint acquires IT Authorities

Trusted mobility management solutions provider WidePoint has acquired IT Authorities (ITA), an MSP, MSSP and CSP. The acquisition is expected to help WidePoint expand and enhance its capabilities.
