Barracuda Rebrands eSignature Solution SignNow to CudaSign

Barracuda Networks announced on Tuesday that has rebranded its eSignature product SignNow to CudaSign, and that it will offer the solution at just $1per user per month.

Barracuda Networks announced on Tuesday that has rebranded its eSignature product SignNow to CudaSign, and that it will offer the solution at just $1per user per month.

CudaSign is part of Barracuda’s Data Protection Plus strategic initiative, aimed at helping customers access, retain and share critical data from anywhere and any device.

The offering became part of Barracuda’s portfolio as a result of its acquisition of SignNow in May 2013.

According to the company, more than 2 million customers already use CudaSign to sign documents, collect signatures and automate business workflows.

In addition to the rebranding and new low price point, Barracuda announced CudaSign Premium, a new offering that enables business customers to integrate eSignatures into existing business processes and platforms.

Customers can leverage CudaSign Premium as an appliance or virtual appliance on-premises or in a private cloud, the company said.

CudaSign and CudaSign Premium allow customers to:

Collect signatures faster – simplify the ability for users to sign and return contracts from anywhere.

Save time and resources – reduce or eliminate time and costs of postage, shipping, scanning, faxing, printing, filing and storage.

Easily send, track and access documents – keep track of document status on a real-time basis for quick turnaround and compliance, and automatically maintain an audit trail for offer letters, NDAs, contracts and more.

Add eSignatures to existing workflows – leverage integrations with business applications including Salesforce, SharePoint, Office365 Outlook, Google and more.

The CudaSign application is available free of charge in the Apple App Store for iOS devices and on Google Play.
