Quarri Technologies, a developer of secure Web browsing software, today launched its new Armored Browser, a multifunctional browser designed to protect enterprise endpoints from malware attacks.
Quarri’s latest Armored Browser blocks malware from infecting endpoints by leveraging the company’s Perimeter Shield technology, which isolates browser sessions and protects information from endpoints which have already been compromised by malware.
Furthermore, Quarri’s Data Safe technology enables users to “isolate and control digital forms of replication of the browser delivered information”, including support for mobile devices, the company said.
“A frequent issue for companies is restricting access to social networking sites due to the risks of malware or employees uploading data into sites that they should not,” the Austin, Texas-based company explained.
Quarri’s Armored Browser is designed to allow employees to browse securely across all sites with a reduced level of risk.
