Cofense acquires Cyberfish

Phishing detection and response solutions provider Cofense acquired Cyberfish, a company that leverages AI to protect users against phishing emails and websites. Cofense wants to combine the technologies from the two companies to provide what it described as a “holistic, advanced automation solution for email protection, detection, and response.”

Converge Technology Solutions acquires Dasher Technologies

Converge Technology Solutions has announced buying Dasher Technologies. Both companies provide a wide range of IT solutions, including cybersecurity. Dasher is Converge’s 19th acquisition.

Dynamic Quest acquires Integrated Solutions

Dynamic Quest, a managed services provider (MSP) specializing in IT and cloud services for enterprises, acquired Integrated Solutions, an Alabama-based MSP focusing on enterprise IT, cybersecurity and disaster recovery services. Dynamic Quest said the deal is part of its goal to “become a regional leader in the Southeastern United States.”

ENSCO acquires Exostrategies

ENSCO, which provides aerospace, national security, rail and cybersecurity solutions to governments and private companies worldwide, has acquired Exostrategies, a firm that provides professional services, including risk management, to the U.S. government. ENSCO said the deal will enable it to expand its capabilities.

Everbridge acquires xMatters

Critical event management provider Everbridge announced the acquisition of incident response and management company xMatters for $240 million in cash and stock. The combination of technologies and experts from the two companies will boost IT service operations, cybersecurity and DevOps incident response.

Fifosys acquires Enforce Technology

Fifosys, a London-based managed IT services provider, acquired Enforce Technology, which offers cybersecurity and cloud solutions. The acquisition extends Fifosys’s offering and market presence in the UK.

Information Analysis Incorporated acquires Tellenger

IT services provider Information Analysis Incorporated (IAI) acquired Tellenger, a company that offers cybersecurity, cloud, and data analytics services. Through this acquisition, IAI wants to be able to help customers better protect their systems and infrastructure.

Logicalis acquires Áudea

Logicalis, a UK-based IT and cloud MSP, has acquired a majority stake in Áudea, a Spain-based firm that specializes in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. Logicalis said Áudea complements its current cybersecurity offering.

McNally Capital acquires Orbis Operations

Private equity firm McNally Capital acquired Orbis Operations, a company that provides security (both physical and cyber) and intelligence services to government and commercial organizations.

rhipe acquires emt Distribution

Rhipe, a cloud and tech solutions provider for the APAC region, announced buying emt Distribution, a distributor of cybersecurity solutions. Rhipe said the acquisition strengthens its presence in security software distribution and will expand its offering for the enterprise market.

StrikeForce Technologies acquires Cybersecurity Risk Solutions

Authentication and anti-keylogging solutions provider StrikeForce Technologies acquired Cybersecurity Risk Solutions, a firm that offers cyber, privacy and data protection solutions for home and business users. StrikeForce said the acquisition enables it to grow and strengthen its channel distribution strategies.
