Cisco said on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire privately held, UK-based Portcullis, a consultancy that provides cybersecurity services to enterprise and government sector clients.

Portcullis offers a range of security consulting services, including security and vulnerability assessments, forensic testing, first responder training, policy review and creation, security awareness training, and security posture audits.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Cisco said the acquisition complement the talent and skills gained through its acquisition of Neohapsis earlier this year and help accelerate security consulting services outside of North America.

The Portcullis team will join the Cisco Security Solutions organization led by Vice President, James Mobley, Cisco’s Rob Salvagno noted in a blog post.

The acquisition is expected to be complete in the second quarter of fiscal year 2016.

In June, Cisco announced its acquisition of OpenDNS for $635 Million. The recent moves to acquire OpenDNS and Portcullis follow other acquisitions by Cisco in the security sector, including its acquisition of ThreatGRID, Neohapsis, Virtuata, and its $2.7 billion acquistion of Sourcefire in 2013.
